About Nieux Edge

Nieux Edge was formed in 2025 as a partnership between NieuxCo and theDifference, combining 25 years of global consulting with 25 years of local community building and innovation. Together, we help Louisiana based organizations harness AI + human collaboration to accelerate strategy and innovation. From Everyday AI 101s to Design Sprints, we design and facilitate immersive sessions that help teams learn, align, and act—rooted in New Orleans creativity and pride. Clients include LED, AI Institute, Tulane, Nexus, Better for LA, Habitat for Humanity, Corporate Realty. Our homebase is the dynamic entrepreneurial hub  The Nieux located on 2040 St. Charles Avenue 

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months

CRM & Pipeline

  • Keep CRM current with client/lead/member data.

  • Log and move every opportunity (Everyday AI, Leadership Lab, Discovery Lab, Design Sprint, Membership) through the pipeline.

  • Produce clear weekly pipeline summaries for leadership.

Project Coordination

  • Own timelines and communications for active projects: scheduling, prep, deliverables, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate internal dashboards.

Client & Partner Communication

  • Be the friendly, organized point of contact for scheduling, logistics, and updates.

  • Ensure fast responses and human, seamless communication.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate calendars, internal meetings, and cross-project documentation.

  • Anticipate needs, flag bottlenecks early.

  • Improve simple systems—templates, shared folders, dashboards—for team alignment.

Role Details

  • Type: Part-time contractor (15–20 hrs/week) with room to grow to full-time

  • Location: New Orleans; hybrid (remote + on-site at The Nieux)

  • Reports to: Jonah Evans, Co-Founder, Nieux Edge

  • Start: ASAP

What This Role Is Not

  • Event setup/vendor management/on-site production

  • IT/design/systems development (curiosity about AI/innovation is a plus)
