NieuxCo builds new companies

‍ ‍ At the heart of our work is the belief that understanding sparks creation.

• Decision Lab: An AI operating system built to make human understanding scalable. Decision Lab represents the next evolution of the company’s work, using technology to help organizations understand people more deeply, make stronger decisions, and act with greater clarity.

• The Nieux: The work began in 2021 with a belief that a place should contribute to the character and vitality of its community. NieuxCo brought the “Eiffel Building” at 2040 St. Charles Avenue back into commerce as The Nieux, restoring an important New Orleans property as a home for gathering, and possibility. The Nieux has become a platform for new thinking, hosting over 150 events, dinners, salons and strategy sessions.

• Nieux Society grew from the belief that strong communities are driven by forward thinking individuals. The collective of 1000+ members pooled over $1 million in resources to build a place, programming and impact organization, all leading to meaningful experiences, fresh ideas, human understanding and a deeper connection to New Orleans.

• 504GOOD: NieuxCo also created 504GOOD, a nonprofit dedicated to doing good in New Orleans. Its purpose reflects a commitment that runs through every NieuxCo venture: success should create value not only for a business, but also for the city and the people who make it distinctive. Its core initiatives—the 504GOOD Fellowship and Squeeze the Juice—turn that commitment into action by investing in people, ideas, and positive change
